Take A Child Outside Week is a national program designed to help children discover the natural world. The goal is to encourage parents and children to interact together outdoors and to discover, (or re-discover) the wonders of the natural world. By giving parents, teachers and other caregivers resources about outdoor activities, the goal is to help children across the country develop a better understanding and appreciation of the environment in which they live and promote stewardship. This program is included with Garden admission.
