Learn how to create realistic charcoal drawings during this four-week class for students in 9th – 12th grades. Students will work with compressed and vine charcoal while learning techniques to create realistic renderings. The class will culminate with a matted 11 x 14 drawing that students will be proud to display. This four week class can be an introduction for high school artists to charcoal or an opportunity to refine skill with the medium. Class size is limited to 10 students. Registration is $40 per student, and all materials are provided.
