Stark House, which is located one block from the Museum. For more information on The W.H. Stark House, please see starkculturalvenues.org/whstarkhouse. The Stark Cultural Venues honors active duty military and their families by welcoming them at Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center and its partners, The W.H. Stark House and the Stark Museum of Art, throughout the year. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Shangri La and its partners participate in the Blue Star Program, a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 2,000 museums across America to offer free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families. Though admission is now free to the Gardens, participation in this program is still near and dear to our staff. Go to arts.gov/bluestarmuseums for more information.
Stark Museum of Art is a program of the Nelda C. and H.J. Lutcher Stark Foundation, a non-profit organization.
Your involvement and support play an essential part in providing environmental education programs for children and in preserving the Museum for future generations.
