Family is an essential part of our story at The W.H. Stark House, and the history of the Stark family is filled with important, dynamic women. Celebrate the important women in your life this Mother’s Day at the Stark House!
On May 13, we’ll be holding special tours at 10am & 11am exploring the past and present gardens at the Stark home led by Jennifer Buckner, Horticulture Specialist at Shangri La Botanical Gardens. You “orega-know” Mom deserves a special Mother’s Day this year!
Celebrate moms of all types with a special look at families, plant-life and family treasures!
Included with general admission. Members free.
In the week leading up to Mother’s Day (May 9 – 13), any and all mothers or mother-figures will receive a free thyme or oregano plant as a gift. Tours will be offered throughout the week and will include the new exhibition The World War I Home Front: Orange Goes Over the Top!
The House will conduct regular hours on this day for those ages 6 and older – 9am until 5pm. Entrance through the adjacent Carriage House.
